i was getting to a place where, as soon as the sun would go down, my anxiety would go through the roof. I had also a night time routine that was so crucial for me because if you're losing sleep and you're in an anxious state, it's only going to feed and make it worse. And i did find that to be helpfulyagre. It gave me this like sense of purpose and sense of control. But at the same ift, if it works, it's not corny at all toally. A lot of these things totally work.
