Sleep is much more like landing a plane, it takes time to gradually descend down. Get some darkness at night and turn off those screens before you go to sleep. Set your alarm an hour before going to bed so that you don't have this 15 or 20 minutes of oani sot of now go into the bathroom. Avoid alcohol and cafine - these are all good things which can help.
