Getting to Salt Lake City Airport

Aircraft load agent Marcus Powell shows us the 1200 things that need to happen before a plane can fly. A suitcase had apparently fallen off a passing baggage cart and now it sat there in the middle of a vast expanse of concrete. The electronic scoreboard shows just 11 minutes until departure but not everyone and everything is on board. We meet Antonio White, a Delta gate agent who wrangling this flight to New York Airport.
