Transfusions - The Most Worse Complications
We favor exchange transfusion in situations like respiritory failure, stroke or multi organ failure. An undetectable hapticalmen might be their base line. It's important to do extended typing on those patients because the rate with which they will develop anabodies. You can actually prevent many of the anabodies that are formed ahum by having extended typing and being very carefully careful how you cross match patiens.
