The Importance of Checking in With Your Body
Not often, but I do often tell myself to relax my shoulders. That's kind of my cue. And then that'll smooth me out a little bit because I tend to get really high shoulders if I'm running hard. It's funny to think about one of the many differences between being a professional and being an age group or that wants to get the most out of themselves is that you guys have like a range of potential outcomes for a raceThat you would consider to be a good race. Whereas for us, we are kind of just trying to get themost out of ourselves each time.
