The Importance of Self-Identity

Most of the strategies I've talked about have been shown in research studies to make it significantly more likely that the person adheres to the plan. Putting down percentages is hard because something like flossing every night versus becoming a bodybuilder are two different broad categories that you could call goals. A couple other things are social support, we sort of touched on that and self-identity. Make sure not to consistently identify yourself as something you don't want to be or want to change which will inhibit your progress.
