How to Keep Your Trunk Upright

Mike: I would do standing calf raise with some load, let's say, cinder blocks. And so for that, I would do a single leg Romanian deadlift. And then something to load the quadriceps. But I would work to keep my trunk very upright and position my foot right up underneath my trunk. So I'm maximizing knee flexion and getting as much load on thequadriceps as possible.
