I wrote a book for bigger pockets for real estate agents it's called skill and one of the concepts in the book is what I call triangle theory so the idea behind it this is something we teach all of our agents is I never want to be in conflict with the person I'm talking to. If they think that he's trying to rip him off just add a principle they'll need your response will be no versus if it's being received from a different lens. Yeah give people a chance to work it out. It's not natural to think that way you tend to think like it's just a number are you accepting my offer or not but no one makes decisions.
