How to Use Perceived Exertion to Improve Performance

With new athletes, we just released the perceived exertion feature so that athletes can start recording on workouts. With newer athletes, I've had a lot of trouble with that where it's like, it should feel a certain way and they end up going really easy or you ask them how did it feel and everything's like a 10. But really what we're trying to get is how is this ride going to affect you into the future in a meaningful way. So give yourself a few minutes after and see how the whole thing is still affecting you afterwards.
