How to Shift Out of Autopilot
The biggest thing is pattern, habit, pattern. Sometimes you can't recognize them on your own. You need other people to point them out. And if we can separate ourselves from this type of thinking that it's an attack, we can grow. It's the same as if you have a health issue and you know something's not right, but you don't know what it is. In the way that in healthcare, you would just look for a pattern that's causing that issue. But if you're able to do that, that's what causes change.
