When you taste something that is so obnoxiously expensive, and then you immediately tell yourself, this was worth it. And i had like 60 of em, but i had one. One fockin cherry. That is the kind of food that i'm talking about because you can't believe humans created this. You're like, how the fuck do we engineer something this good? Then you stay in japan and you get to know how deep the culinary history is. I remember being at a farm with a moratsan of kikonoi, and he said, oh, this farmer, he's been doing this for 12 hundred his famly, h's been doingthis for
