Contortion - The Art of Flexibility

Contortion is the art of making your body extremely flexible and having a lot of range of mobility in your flexibility. It's basically, i know very little about it, because i never train that for myself. So these are the types of people that can do an arch and then grab an apple with their foot, put it in their mouth, eat it. Or i've seen another act where they hold a cigarette in their feet, and they curl their leg in and they smoke a cigarette, holding it with their feet. That's a contortionous kind of thing.
