After the due diligence sign off, I really was signing off on due diligence. And this whole time, you're still in your W two. So that made fun conversations and stuff easy,. Like you didn't have to go into the stairwell to be harangue the bank or whatever. Okay, so the bank goes dark on you. You're like, well, I didn't expect this deal to happen anyway. It doesn't matter. BMO was the bank that was difficult to work with. But yeah, bank of Montreal. Was it the bank that ended up giving me the loan or was it the person who really went to that and made it happen? Yeah.
