A lot of your time is spent looking for errors and trying to figure out what you did wrong like that. I feel like i fall victim to this a little bit, because when you do development, you're always reviewing other people's code as well. That does not go over well. So if you train your brain to see the negative things, then the positive things will be filtered out. The three different blocks of positive tetris are happiness, gratitude and optimism.
