Anxiety Is Here Right Now
The brain is a great acronym and I use this with all kinds of stuff. It's a little bit like snap, but it's got a few differences. So the first R is just to recognize what's happening. The second one is allow. That's the A allow the experience to be there just as it is. And if you name I am anxious, it's you're kind of almost starting off at a negative. What you really should say is, Oh, anxiety is here or anxiety is present right now.
