How to Make Exercise Harder and More Effective

I feel that the people that talk down on calisthenics don't understand how to make exercise harder and ultimately more effective. I think that there'll always be something to challenge you within the five to 30 rep range with those parameters. Calisthenics incentivizes you to stay lean because everything that we're doing is moving our body through space. So it's built in accountability. If that is your focus, there's something about that stimulus to fatigue withcalisthenics which is just excellent in its own right.
