I can picture somebody here in this conversation that is out of shape and thinking, I have no idea where to start. What do you say to that person who's feeling like they got to go get in shape before they can start to get in shape? Oh, I think everybody feels that. Everybody has it. You just got to start. And I like starting simple. With working out, I like the idea of find a coach, find a gym near you, assess the vibe a little bit and get started with three times a week.
