Mom's Rice Pudding
This is Vicious recipe for rice pudding called mom's rice pudding. You will need two tablespoons ghee, which you can find the recipe for or buy. Eight cups of whole milk. Four green cardamom pods, three star anise pods, half a cup of sugar,. A teaspoon of saffron threads, three tablespoons of golden raisins. Two tablespoons of pistachios chopped for garnish and two tablespoons toasted slivered almonds also for garnish.
