Is the Term Baptism Used in the Old Testament?

Baptismal efficacy is not technically when it happens, but it's the official expression of it. Fathers also used the term baptism to refer to repentance and to refer to the larger process of salvation. Lutherans are trying to draw baptism and faith together, but it seem to me that it's still two different baptisms. So yes, you have faith and baptism together in both cases.
