Carbohydrate Timing for Cross Fit?

Cross fit is one of those mixed sports that has a lower carbohydrate requirement than just hard, cor ultra endurance stuff. And cross fit, observationaly, does best with hypertrophe type carbontics. There's some really interesting m arguments going on with carb timing the aspect fat loss and stuff. But ultimately, when you look at the body of evidence, it just doesn't fricken matter enough when you eat your carbs te day.
