How to Split Your CrossFit Events by a Day
If CrossFit listens to you and decides to program in a different way, how would you order the events? Do you just separate them by a day? Like, how are you doing this? Definitely not on the same day. Giving you all a series. That's your AM and your PM. So the injury rate goes from six to 10. No, I think separating them by a full day would probably be wise. And I think you have a lower injury rate.
