If you had all the resources in the world and could run a trial with as many people as you want, what would you be most interested to get an answer on? These are some of the questions that have been puzzling me quite a lot. One very interesting topic for me is an intrinsic motivation of people. We see in the second study that we discuss, that people seem to be not just motivated by financial incentives, but also by this rank which may actually be simply a desired to do a good job.
