Intermittent Fasting - What Is It?

Intermittent fasting is basically any period sort of extended more than the sleep period, where you are abstaining from calory containing beverages and dwarf food. Intermittent fasting could almost just be, i guess, going back to that, um, different protocols, ranging from every month you do a five to seven day fast,. or a two to three day fast. But im trying to get that specific so people don't have to undergo these 24 to forty-hour periods. I think there's what i would categorize as intermittent fasting. You know, time restricted feeding is almost something you do every day. So it's kind of weird alternate day fasting, where you eat one day
