Is Complex Training the Way to Go?
Bands are actually a bad idea to help you do pull up. We don't really do that any more. Yet, that's interesting. And i think if the athlete a can handle it, thats probably pretty definitely have to be a pretty experienced athlete. Yes. I don't even recommend plimetric type campasing until they're pretty experienced vanclimbers to begin with. But again, we're talking at the very, very t of somebody's ability ale campassing essentially well. You should do the novice programme because it's almost always the least prescriptive and it's the most flexible.
