How to Prepare for a Difficult TT Course
I don't think any rider likes changing bike during a TT. And yeah, because I was thinking, if that was a 30 degree day doing a climate 12 kilometers an hour, wearing a TT helmet for 25 minutes, like your head will cook and there's got to be big losses. But I guess it wasn't, it was quite shaded on the climb and it wasn't so hot that day. Matthew, good luck with the Tour de France. Hope it all goes well. Thanks for coming on to our CP.
