Do You Have a Spread Sheet of Strength Training?

I'm deffully in the middle. I'd write down all of my train id like a training journal that i down what i do every day. Um, but a lot of it as y feel, i have a general sense of, ike, what i should be doing. M i feel like my foundation of strength basis is pretty good at this point. So i don't do as much general strength and conditioning as i did when i had a coach. For example, i'm pretty poor at lock offs so that kind of training that's off the wall, lock off training, i try to do at least once or twice a week.
