The Connect agent workspace is an out of the box website that lets an agent perform all their work. They're able to take in calls, chats, you sign tasks, but concurrently working with their other tools such as looking at customer information and knowledge articles. So this use case that we call step by step guides is a way to take all of the actions and info and agent needs and really consolidated into a streamline workflow.
