The mind is a kaleidoscope of what's happening in the mind all the time, totally. And i think that even the way that you described it is like your doing it like a reporter, right? Like youre sitting there in yours watching, like, mes of the jane got all view of exactly what she did. So part of my reason for wanting to write this book and offer the kinds of practices i i offer in the book are really part of sort of traditional contemplative practices inspired by the world's wisdom traditions including buddhism.
