How Facebook's UI Change Changed the Way It Looked
New Facebook COO says he didn't do enough due diligence to know about a UI change. "I think that was the first and last time we forced the UI upgrade and made it elective" He said his end users were not really big complainers around service now because of upgrades. But IT hated it, right? Because they who had to do tickets,. They had to action tickets. It was all of this stuff that they never really wanted to do.
