Peaceful Reminders - This Too Shall Pass
In 90 seconds we will begin to recede from sending out those hormons of stress, the edrenal and the quortusal. It can begin to subside and completely stop in 90 seconds of being safe. Give yourself that break of 90 seconds by using some of these peaceful reminders. Often when this practice is used, the saying or mentra will arise naturally, reminding you that the feeling will pass and you are ok.
