I just always believe very strongly that you know do it I just do it myself as and when I feel like it yeah. If you're stuck for ideas you can have a list of ideas so that you've got something to choose from if you're working strategically towards an event yes you might want to plan that out a little bit but not all the time we don't need to sit down and work out a month ahead of time what you're going to be posting every third day to me that just feels like hard work.
