How Much Does a Beta Customer Charge?
People have a hard time coming up with the number, but if you bounce a number off them, they will instantaneously have a lizard bring reaction to the number. To my students, i say, don't ask the beta customer how much they would have paid. Decide how much you want to charge and bounce that number off them,. Their reaction is going to tell you the answer.
