How I Got My Diagnosed With ADHD

I started seeing some videos come up about ADHD and there were just a few things that felt a little bit close to home. The weird thing is that my sister was diagnosed with ADHD when she was nine years old, but she was diagnosed with combined type ADHD. So I'd never really considered before 2021 that I would have it because I just thought that's what ADHD looks like. But how did you go about getting your diagnosis? Did you end up going privately or get it through your GP?
