Strength Training for Hypertrophy

The type of hypertrophy that we want as endurance athletes is the myrofibula. This is where the contract properties become stronger. And in order to do that, you're still going to do your strength training sessions after your biker yor run. The rest periods between sets must be at minimum three minutes in between sets. However, we'll try and have about 15 to 30 minute break.
