Well, i think it's er multifactorial, like er. For one part, it is very intuitive. E if you look at the ignorant muscle action of the glut, well, the glut extends, abducts, externally, rotates the hip. And valgus is soft, so its direct muscle action reduces falgus. A also, people say things like a single balance its way harder on the gluteous mets in the frontal plane.
