Can You Combine Celabellsn and Rowing?

When you're 20, you should be able to perform 30 diamond push ups. Getting older, the rep count should be reduced by one for year. What would be a realistic indicator for his fitness in terms of strength, conditioning and inmobility? There's the question. And then you list some stuff here. Maybe just answer that generally. Those are the standard standards i use for everybody. But if your your gap is the thing i want you to look at smart. Don't look at your push up number. If you've got tho push up, stop thinking of that. Go find some other things.
