Is There a Stress Mitigation?

I was running back inside, brunning back, so i take a lot of hits from big guys. It's interesting, ilike there's no stress mitigation. And the resources aren't there really dependet on how high and what type of level are. Once you go lower level, those divisions to thos lowered. The quality of the coachan get lessend because they're dealing with 89 aft 90 athletes. If you don't already know inof your own you miss out on it. I didn't have that discipline. But  i'm in better shape now than when i was plain. Like, my body isn't broken. Like, i can run fast or jump higher
