In football you get top speed more often obviously kick off covers or just like a receiver running a deep route baseball you never get it. And so I think this athlete, you know they've got great power qualities in the weight room we've seen it but they don't know how to load and they don't have to express that force in a good orchestrated manner. Some of some athletes it's crazy to me is like they can bend well they can squat well they can lunge well They can go through all the whole dynamic patterns extremely well.
