The question of specificity and generality of practice was set up as a juxtaposition. It was just set up as an either or so they looked at when they wanted to develop tests for deciding whether they could select. I think that took us down a path that was maybe detrimental because what I'm talking about it's the enrichment of an individual with some general activities that allow them to train in a more powerful way. If we take it back to on our hand over to you guys to talk about that from a coaching perspective in a minute  what it means is that if you really are concerned about somebody you can move them up and down that continuum towards a more specific end in your practice design
