How Do You Close a One on One?

I don't share those notes with my direct because I take them in a, I have a notebook where I keep all my one on one notes altogether. So it's not possible for me to share it because then you'd see the notes for all the other correct reports. And so I found that is actually very useful. It's one of the few things that I do that's on paper anymore. Everything else we do is email and Google Docs and things like that.
