"i've always read about meditation being about you know observing the thoughts rather than feeling you're defined by them and i think that's a beautiful concept but i struggle sometimes to apply it in my everyday life," she says. "You can attract a tribe that's right for you rather than hang around the edges of a tribe that you don't really feel that sense belonging in well this has been really enlightening and i genuinely feel better now that i do actually i really do there's been a quality of distancing from the comment that historically has been so difficult for me"
