It depends on again the audience and what you're trying to teach if it is a complex medical device like a blood cell separator then you focus on the two to four main operators so that they get that attention. physician doesn't need to know how to run the device lots of times they like to know they like to have that engineering understanding of things. If you can't train 10 people to know the intimacy of a complex medical devices you can train to four easily which can't train ten.
