"I know what it's like to have your character destroyed by people close to you. It's very painful," Lili says of her relationship with fiancé Nathan Shepherd. "It sort of feels like I'm a secret", she adds about their engagement being kept from the public for fear of upsetting his ex-wife Charlotte. The couple are engaged and excited, but don't want to be seen as 'too happy' or too affectionate in case that enrages Charlotte.
