Why Do You Think Vegan Diets Improve Heart Disease Rates?
i've looked at most of the studies just because, you know, it like i said, ideally would eat no animal products. But diet wise, adment to study showed that there were lotwer mortality rates than vegetarians. So what does it mean to have higher mortality or lower mortality? Not that much. Am pends on if you're looking at carrebascer disease, stroke, or a cancer, and those are all different. Most likely say, vegetarian, better or worse for almost all of those outcomes.
