The Smell of Fish in the Kitchen After Cooking
A lot of the smell comes from high heat cooking. High heat changes the chemistry of the fat in the fish, right? And then plus, like, the high heat is like kind of spraying it all over your kitchen. When you slip it into a stew, or a mere poaching it, or it's going into liquid, you don't have that smell. One thing that i really encourage people to do, especially because it is getting warmer, is to go outside and grill fish. That's a something i really think is fun too.
