Sally Kohn: If earnings growth is expected to be zero, what does that potentially mean for longer term stock price appreciation? She says it's a measure of what investors are doing or saying right now. And therefore, there is potentially more upside than downside to expectations as long as earnings growth is at least somewhat positive over the next 10 to 20 years, which she thinks it will be.Kohn: I think earning will still continue to grow, maybe not as fast as they have, but still positive. Therefore, stocks have a better chance of beating that hurdle than missing it.
