SAD - A Seasonal Depression Disorder With Seasonal Effective Disorder
Seasonal effective disorder is a form of depression that comes and goes. SAD can be persistent low mood or loss of pleasure or interest in normal everyday activities. If you are struggling to cope with these symptoms, please discuss this with your doctor. It is not shameful or weak. Just a medical thing like a broken leg. The link here between ADHD and your circadian rhythm is not completely unreasonable. We'll talk about why I get a lot of vitamin D on purpose for that exact arousal.
