Making a Japanese Milk Bread
The bread is made by adding softened butter to the dough, and we're also adding some milk, some eggs. We add a little bit of milk powder in addition to milk, so that we can add more of that way without making the dough too wet. The method's a little different. S your adding in a butter, some more fat, anything else that goes in that's a little out of the ordinary. Ait really is got a lovely, lovely texture. It's so soft and pillowy, and it's my favorite kind of bread, soft, fluffy, perfect for a sandwich.
