How do you articulate that to your team and help them understand that that doesn't mean that they're not autonomous? That's a great question. And my response to it would be that there are a lot of considerations beyond just hitting a certain metric, right? If it was just hitting a metric, like that's what a sales team does. It also means that you can be mercenary back in terms of like, I'll fire you if you miss it. But I think we have to sort of like embrace that as product management for the good of our company.
