The One to Three RepMax Is Not Good for You

A one to three rep max is not good for your connective tissues. Power lifters taper down in there and taper down the number of reps, and increase the weight accordingly. This is a sport specific rep range, as in, you are doing power lifting or weight lifting,. It's better for building that really heavy weight specificity.
